• 150ml premium indian tonic
• Orange peel for garnish
Pour 50ml of M&C’s over ice. Top with 150ml of premium Indian Tonic. Garnish with a peel of orange.

Pour 50ml of M&C’s over ice. Top with 150ml of soda water. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
• 60ml M&C’s
• 30ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
• 10ml Rosemary infused simple syrup
• 50ml soda water
• 2 sprigs of rosemary (1 for garnish and 1 for simple syrup)
• Slice of grapefruit for garnish
Pour 60ml of M&C’s over ice. Add 30ml of fresh pink grapefruit juice and 10ml of rosemary simple syrup and stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

• 20ml Fresh lemon juice
• 4 fresh sage leaves (1 for garnish and 3 for simple syrup)
• 10ml sage infused simple syrup
• ½ egg while
Mix M&C’s, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker over plenty of ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh sage leaf.
